Camper Rules & Tips


Our Campers Are Equipped With The Following:


Gas Stove     Microwave    Refrigerator w/freezer 

Air Conditioner   Awning   Toilet  Shower 

Hot Water Heater  Radio  Gas Furnace

RENTAL MUST BEGIN & END ON WEEKDAY


CAMPSITE DATES MUST BE THE SAME AS RENTAL DATES


RENTAL CAN’T BEGIN OR END ON A HOLIDAY

Please leave the Camper in the condition it was when you arrived. 


Before you leave:


CLOSE AWNING.


Empty black & grey water tanks-unless you are paying the

dump fee.

          

The camper should be swept out, and free of garbage.


          

The fridge should be empty and clean.

          

The microwave and stove wiped down.

          

Shut off furnace (seasonal) before leaving.

Pets Allowed - $50 Pet Fee Required

Pet Policy:

Pets are permitted in our campers; however we do ask that they aren't allowed to climb on furniture and if left alone in the camper please use a kennel. If extensive cleaning is needed there will be a charge in addition to the pet fee.

The camper you rent will be set up on the most level spot of your campsite, this may be the middle of your site, if the campsite is not level. Choose your campsite wisely.


“We have a right to change your camper” - if your campsite is not compatible, if the camper you reserved is taken out of inventory for unforeseen repairs.
